Question 1

What size boards do these fit?

Accepted Answer

All our end caps are designed for 5.5" TREX composite decking boards.

Question 2

How many caps come in a package?

Accepted Answer

Each package contains 4 end caps.

Question 3

What's the difference between plastic and silicone?

Accepted Answer

Plastic caps are rigid and snap on firmly — best with a dab of glue in hot climates. Silicone caps are flexible, provide 100% color match, and require no glue.

Question 4

Do I need glue?

Accepted Answer

For plastic caps in hot locations, we recommend using plastic glue. Silicone caps don't need any glue.

Question 5

What if the color doesn't match?

Accepted Answer

We recommend ordering one package first to confirm the color match before ordering in bulk.

Question 6

What's the return policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. To initiate a return, email info@capsofboards.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend ordering one package first to confirm the color match before ordering in bulk — color-matched items that have been installed are not eligible for return.
